Grants and Programs

Grant amounts:

Grants will typically range from $100.00 - $500.00. Applications will only be considered once all other available resources are exhausted.

Grant requests:
You may apply to use grant funding for anything that improves the quality of life for your special needs child.   ZCF will not consider applications for medical or dental bills, dietary needs or any after school learning center tuition. Examples of possible grant requests:




  • Camp Tuition
  • Program and Class Memberships
  • Education consultant fees
  • Social skills training
  • Theraputic music classes
  • Educational Books and Videos
  • Computer software

  • Swimming lessons
  • Horseback riding lessons
  • Respite care
  • Education conference fees
  • Educational Advocacy
  • Parent/Caregiver Training
  • Adaptive Equipment

Documentation:

Grants will only be paid to service providers. A family that receives grant funding must send receipts or other proof of purchase for the agreed upon goods or services.

Application process:

Please select the link below to download an application form.  Provide any special circumstances regarding your need that may not be evident after completing the form. For a more timely response, we recommend emailing your application.

Grant Application (MS Word Format)

Once your application is received, it will be reviewed to determine if you meet the above guidelines. If your application is accepted, we will mail you the ZEPP CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION grant for immediate use. We ask that thank you letters and receipts be mailed within 14 days.

If we cannot meet your request, you will receive a notification explaining the decision.
Thank you notes:
We also request that you send a note of thanks explaining how the funds were helpful to you. These notes are very important for us to let the foundation and donors know how beneficial these funds are to families.
